We have had another fantastic week in Narnia class. In English, we have been writing our stories based on the book ‘Pigs Might Fly’, which is all about what happens next in the story of the Three Little Pigs. In our version of the story, the pigs fly an aeroplane in a competition of try and beat the big bad wolf! In Maths, we have completed some quizzes to find out what we have learnt so far, and we have also been practising using part-part whole models to partition addition sentences. In Topic, we have been finding out a little more about how the Wright brothers finally managed to build the first ever aeroplane – they have to keep testing their designs and trying again until eventually it worked!
